Application for Replacement of Wan Kee Membership Card
If member has lost the Wan Kee Membership Card, please download the 'Application Form for Replacement of Wan Kee Membership Card' in the bottom of this page, and send back the application form together with the required documents to Marketing@wankeegroup.com.hk .
Each member can only apply for once to replace the missing card, HK$100 will be charged for each application afterward.
